1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using little masterpiece ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

little masterpiece transforms children's drawings into gallery-quality art prints using AI technology. We provide artwork transformation, printing, and delivery services through our website.

3. Orders and payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout.
• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to production and cannot be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Artwork and intellectual property

• You retain ownership of the original artwork you upload.
• By uploading artwork, you grant us a limited licence to process, transform, and reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
• You represent that you have the right to upload the artwork and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• The AI-transformed versions are derivative works created for your personal use.

5. Shipping and delivery

• Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you.
• Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

Because each product is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. We want you to be completely happy with your keepsake, so we cover the following situations:

• Damaged or defective items — If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.
• Wrong item received — If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a correct replacement at no cost.
• Lost in transit — If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Unhappy with the artwork transformation — If you are not satisfied with how the AI transformation turned out, contact us before placing an order and we can offer a free re-transformation in a different style.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. To request a return or refund, please use our contact form.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any laws.
• Use the Service for any commercial resale purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Upload images that contain identifiable photographs of people.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, little masterpiece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
